Privacy Policy

StoqHub is an inventory and stock management application for high-volume venues such as stadiums, arenas, and concert halls. It is provided by Alexandar Milenkovic (“StoqHub”, “we”, “us”). StoqHub is a business tool used by venue and organization staff; it is not directed to the general public or to children.

This policy explains what information the StoqHub app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at alexandar@agonflow.com.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service:

• Account information. Your email address, display name, and a user identifier, used to sign you in and associate your activity with your venue and organization. Accounts are created by your organization’s administrator, not through public sign-up.
• Operational data you enter. Inventory counts, products, suppliers, deliveries, picking and stock activity. This is your organization’s business data, not personal data about you.
• Diagnostic & crash data. If the app encounters an error, we collect technical diagnostic information (such as error messages and device/app state) to find and fix problems and keep the app reliable. This is not used to identify or track you.
• Camera (barcode scanning). With your permission, the app uses your device camera to scan product barcodes during receiving, picking, and inventory counts. The camera feed is processed on your device in real time to read a barcode; we do not store photos or video, and the camera image is not transmitted off your device.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.

• To authenticate you and provide the app’s functionality.
• To save and display your organization’s inventory and stock data.
• To diagnose errors, maintain security, and improve reliability.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with your organization (providing the service), for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and reliable, and (for camera access) based on the permission you grant on your device, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

We share information only with infrastructure and service providers that help us run StoqHub, such as application hosting, database and authentication, and error-monitoring providers. These providers act as our processors under agreements that restrict them to providing services to us. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization maintains its account, and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Diagnostic and crash data is kept for a limited period for debugging and reliability. On request from your organization, we will delete or return account data.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with reputable cloud providers. Access is restricted and tenant data is isolated per organization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

StoqHub’s infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Where data is processed in another country, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. Because accounts are managed by your organization, please contact your administrator first, or reach us at alexandar@agonflow.com and we will help.

StoqHub is a workplace tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
